For Beginners, Pottery enthusiasts, People want to learn painting with underglaze on ceramic… everybody!

Join us to paint beautiful Native Australian flowers on a large ceramic plate (37cm wide). Peter, our local artist and teacher, will show you how to use underglazes in a watercolour paint technique to create a choice of either a Cooktown Orchid, Blue Wildflowers or Flowering gum on your plate.

We will provide all supplies including the plate, underglazes and brushes.  Templates will be available if you require assistance with sketching your chosen flowers. The workshop will run for 3.5 hours and we will also provide coffee, tea and biscuits.

Price is $125 per Person

Your plate will be fired and clear glazed and will be available for pick up approximately 2-3 weeks later.   The plate will also be food safe.

Please don’t forget to select your plant (Cooktown Orchid, Blue Wildflowers or Flowering gum) this will ensure we have enough painting materials available on the day. Once you have registered you will receive your invoice with a payment link and your booking will be finalised when the payment is made.
